How to Verify Your Account
You can start your verification anytime:
Open the Smitten app
Go to Settings → My account
Tap Profile verification and follow the steps
Verification is done through our trusted partner, Signicat, using secure electronic ID technology.
Currently Available in Sweden
At the moment, verification is available for users in Sweden through BankID.
If you’re based elsewhere don’t worry! We’re working hard to make verification available in more countries soon.
Your Privacy
Your name and age are confirmed securely through electronic ID verification.
This information is not stored or shared it’s used only for the verification process and then discarded.
